Privacy Policy
of the Sales4Team Platform

Whenever terms written with a capital letter are used in this document, they refer to the definitions contained in the Terms of Service for access to the Sales4Team Platform.

A. Protection of personal data

  1. The administrator of personal data is AMG Poland, a limited liability company based in Krakow (31-137), at 27 Henryka Siemiradzkiego Street, Suite 16 (hereinafter AMG).

  3. AMG protects your privacy in accordance with legal regulations, particularly the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR).
  4. AMG processes personal data for the following purposes:
    a) sending marketing information, including newsletter services (legal basis - Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    b) establishing business contacts, including presenting offers and responding to inquiries, negotiating contracts (legal basis - Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    c) executing commercial contracts (legal basis - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
    d) pursuing or securing claims (legal basis - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
    e) fulfilling legal obligations, including accounting and tax obligations (legal basis - Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
  5. Providing data is entirely voluntary; however, without it, using the Sales4Team Platform, establishing business relationships, including entering into contracts and executing services, is impossible.
  6. AMG processes standard data, in the minimal scope necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
  7. AMG may use the services of external entities such as services providing IT system maintenance and hosting, email services, postal and/or courier services, accounting or legal services, etc. When it is necessary to transfer personal data to such entities, AMG secures it appropriately under separate agreements with these entities.
  8. AMG processes personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected:
    a) for marketing purposes - until the consent of the data subject is withdrawn,
    b) for contract execution - for the period required by legal regulations, including tax regulations.
  9. The data subject has the right to:
    a) access their personal data (legal basis - Article 15 GDPR),
    b) rectify their data (legal basis - Article 16 GDPR),
    c) request data deletion - "the right to be forgotten" (legal basis - Article 17 GDPR),
    d) request restriction of processing (legal basis - Article 18 GDPR),
    e) data portability (legal basis - Article 20 GDPR),
    f) object to processing (legal basis - Article 21 GDPR).
  10. To exercise their rights, the data subject may contact AMG via the provided email address or by traditional mail at the AMG address provided at the outset.
  11. AMG will make every effort to fulfill the data subject's requests as quickly as possible, within no more than 30 days from the date of the request. In justified cases, this period may be extended by another two months. Within one month of receiving the request, AMG will inform the data subject of such an extension, stating the reasons for the delay (legal basis - Article 12 GDPR).
  12. AMG does not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law.
  13. AMG stores data exclusively within the territory of the European Union. AMG does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations, particularly outside the borders of the European Economic Area.
  14. AMG does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling of personal data.
  15. If a data subject believes that their rights related to personal data protection have been violated, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (www.uodo.gov.pl).

B. Cookies

  1. AMG uses cookies or similar technologies, which are small text files intended for use on the Sales4Team website and are stored on the end devices of individuals browsing the site. Information collected through cookies allows services and content to be tailored to the individual needs and preferences of Users, and also serves to develop general statistics regarding Users' use of the site. Data collected using cookies is gathered solely for the purpose of performing specific functions for the benefit of Users and is encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorized access.
  2. Cookies are used to retain User preferences, store information about visited pages, and provide anonymized tracking data to third-party applications such as Google Analytics and Facebook. Thanks to cookies, advertising portals can display our content to Users after visiting the site. Cookies significantly facilitate website browsing. Users can disable cookies on this site and on others.
  3. The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, they do not allow viruses, unwanted software, or malicious software to enter Users' Devices. These files help identify the software used by the User and tailor the Service individually to each User.
  4. AMG uses two types of cookies:
    a) Session Cookies: These are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the browser session ends (when the web browser is closed). The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. Session cookies do not allow for the retrieval of any personal data or confidential information from the User's Device.
    b) Persistent Cookies: These are stored on the User's Device and remain there for the duration specified in the cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted. Persistent cookies do not allow for the retrieval of any personal data or confidential information from the User's Device.
  5. Web browsing software (web browsers) typically allows for the default storage of cookies on the User's end device. Users can change these settings. Web browsers enable the deletion of cookies and also provide options for automatically blocking cookies. Detailed information on this can be found in the browser's help or documentation.
  6. Users have the option to specify which cookies they consent to on the Sales4Team Platform by selecting the appropriate cookie settings on the banner that appears upon visiting www.sales4team.com.
  7. Users may choose to consent only to cookies necessary for accessing and using the website www.sales4team.com. Without consent to necessary cookies, Users will not be able to use the site.
  8. The User may also consent to the following types of cookies:
    a) preference cookies: these cookies allow us to remember User settings, such as browser and language preferences. This ensures that, upon reloading the page, it automatically adjusts to the User's preferences. This information is completely anonymous and does not allow for the identification of specific Users;
    b) statistical cookies: statistical cookies are used solely for AMG’s internal purposes. They enable us to obtain data on traffic to our site and User preferences, helping us to improve and tailor the site to meet the expectations of our audience. The data collected is entirely anonymous and does not allow for the identification of specific Users;
    c) marketing cookies: these cookies help tailor our offerings to User needs and allow us to display our advertisements to Users through remarketing. They identify the User’s browser but do not enable the identification of individuals using it.
  9. Users can change their preferences at any time. The site provides an option that allows Users to modify or withdraw their consent for cookies.
